Infirmary

Platform=Facebook Server=Red Zone. The problem is in the infirmary all units are highlighted to be restored. I have to un-highlight them to only restore the units i wanted,which in this case was a 6-10 drones. When units return or a recon is done it causes a delay and the infirmary resets to all units highlighted. This caused me to click to restore the drones costing around 40 crystals, but instead some units returned on the game and the infirmary resets and highlighted the whole page causing me to lose around 28000 crystals.

Hello, Commander!

When your troops arrive, or recon a Sector, the data is synchronized with the game server. This is why the units in the Infirmary are reset and highlighted again. This is a technical feature of the game.

I understand that you didn't intend to restore so many troops. Please specify the coordinates of your Sector and the list of troops you wanted to restore. I will remove the unneeded and return your Crystals.

Thank You for the quick reply and for fixing my issue as in the past it used to be that you had to high light the troops you would of wanted to restore. This i think is a lot better way of doing it and a lot less chance of the issue happening again. This has happened to me a few times but not on the scale of 28k of xtals. My cords are   X:836   Y:0    All i was intending to restore was recon drones.  Thanks

Yeah I've seen this happen before, it is rather bothersome.  Hopefully Plarium devs will fix it at some point.

I need more time to handle your request. I will inform you in this thread when the Crystals are added. Please keep the restored units in your Bunker.

Just wondering how the process is coming along, as it has been over 2.5 weeks and have not received the 28k crystals back.

I have removed the troops you restored by mistake and added 27188 Crystals to your balance.

Thank you so much for fixing the error. I would still recommend not having the troops highlighted to begin with. Make it like it used to be where you had to highlight the troops you wanted restored.
