my reset on raids gives me 11 raids. I try to raid a sector from my bookmarks and it tells me I have reached my limit on raids for the week. This happens when I try to raid a non bookmark sector, Is this a bug in the programming or am I being limited to how many raids I can do in 7 days?

You could reach a limit of the resources you can raid from one Sector.
The reported case cannot be classified as a bug since this is a part of the regular gameplay. Please refer to this article, it can help you to solve the issue. Meanwhile, I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.
You can only raid 50k resources from a sector every 7 days. This limit can be bypassed by sending resources to the target sector right before the raid hits and canceling the send right after. (or by just finding more sectors to raid so you only hit each one once every 7 days)my reset on raids gives me 11 raids.
