Facebook to Plarium

I started playing Total domination on facebook and I have a level 62 base there. I play Vikings as well there. Now here's the thing. I am trying to connect both of the games that I started playing on facebook to your website but I do not see any such option anywhere. So I am just curious, if it is even possible to use the same accounts here on your official website too or not. Please help.

P.S. I can buy packs for Vikings via Google playstore since it's available on mobile too but I can't do it for Total Domination. There seems to be some kinda bug which is preventing me from buying anything through facebook. I have reported the problem to facebook as well but I am yet to hear anything from them. Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link the sectors to both accounts.

What started on the FaceBook server(s) stays there, and what starts on the Plarium server stays here.

You can link the profiles, but the game progress is not shared.

As for the packs, I'm not too aware of the whole mobile-FaceBook-Plarium server interactions (Especially for games other than TD), but I believe TD:R is completely different from TD:NS, which is why the packs can't be bought through mobile devices, for the PC version.

Yes I am well aware of that Total Domination is an entirely different game, but the real problem is I started playing Total Domination on facebook and I am not sure why but Facebook is not letting me buy anything and that is not only with Total Domination but with all the other games too that I play through facebook. Now I am looking for a way to buy packs that Total Domination puts on sale. Since I can't buy anything through facebook there's gotta be some other way, if there is any, please let me know.



p.s. I never faced problem like this before with facebook but now I can't make any more transactions.(Never had purchase/payment related issue with facebook, this is the first time)

I'm not too sure about how FaceBook purchases work, but I believe that FaceBook is the "middle man".

So FaceBook is the one you should be contacting if there are any problems there. Plarium doesn't have much control about their purchasing system.

Hmm I guess then I'll have to wait a reply. It's been almost over a week and I haven't heard anything from them but let's hope they do reply.

Maybe they're having a bad day.. Or probably a bad week :P

I don't think many staff (In general) work on weekends, which is also a contributing factor.

Let's hope they contact you soon and fix the problem!

If you ever need more help, don't hesitate to start another topic (Though considering you seem to more frequently play on FaceBook, posting there might get quicker and more accurate responses).
