It has been over 6 hours stuck at 99% but don't expect any fix soon as Plarium don't care for this version of the game anymore. I know of many ticket's from the start of this and yet they wont even respond for 48hrs also to get a response from them on here takes a few days lol what a shambles this game has become.Yes it has become worse since the app version was released it seems like they want players here to stop so they can shut the server down like they did to the Turkish server.

I have just logged into the game, and I see clanmates chatting away like nothing's happened.
Yasik's response at 14:01 UTC has been the last post as of typing this out, and the Community Manager has been notified already.
Therefore I will assume the problem has been fixed.

I afraid, that Mike have right. See it too http://prntscr.com/e1wbed. This situation i spoted about 11:00am (GMT +1 time zone).
Tested Chrome and Firefox as browser. Tested two different ISPs (Telekom DSL, Orange 4G) too, but both do identical issue.
Have anybody idea, how this issue should be solved? Many thanks.

I had that starting about an hour ago to half an hour ago, so it definitely seems to be server side. I believe Plarium may be doing some updating/maintenance.
While this is certainly a less-than-ideal situation and fix, I recommend that if/when you are able to log in, do what packing up you need to (Bunkering, spending your resources, etc.), and lay low until there has been an officially confirmed fix.
I understand that you'd not to not spend your time waiting for the servers to stabilize, but this is currently the only thing (Aside from submitting Help and Support Desk Tickets) that we players can do to minimize/avoid losses.
