Disappeared in an Emitter recall, I LOST 1 million in D units.....
I'm sorry I have to post this, but Plarium screwed me!!!
I gota vent here, I LOST 1 million in D units in a recall by mistake. They disappeared and DID NOT go into my bunker automatically! This is what happened and what I sent Plarium support.
Before I even start, I just want to say I was not attacked, nor did i attack anyone during this time, that includes NOT attacking ANY infests at all. My units simply disappeared...
I recalled units from Emitter 102 by mistake. I used boost to get them back quick some I could return them to Emitter 102. The units were going to take 25 minutes to return.
I boosted two- 10 minutes and one 5 minute. The units disappeared when I went to send them immediately back! I restarted my browser and signed in, no units appeared.
I then sent a bug report, explaining the same unit loss thinking they would find the problem. and correct it. In the mean time I went back to the game to try a few things.
I again tried it with a single unit (excal), boosting, thinking this may make them appear, and that unit also disappeared!
I then shut down my PC and restarted it and my browser, logged-in, still no units.
I again tried it with a single unit(interceptor) a second time, boosting, thinking this may make them appear, and yet again that unit also disappeared!
The units did NOT go directly to my bunker either, hard to MISS that many...lol
I then sent an add-on email to bug report, explaining the two single unit losses and what happened to them thinking they would find the problem. and correct it. It has been several days with no response. So I am contacting you thinking I sent my issues to the wrong department?
At this point I have lost just over 1 million in Defensive units, PLEASE find them and return them!
I lost Aprox 300 Excaliber, 160 were A-units, also 490 Quantum cannons, 90 were A-units, along with some Gauss guns. I have since started to refill the Emitter with new troops, but i am now WAY behind on what my clan is asking for...
Thank you very much for your help ahead of time...
Andrew Hobson
This was their first response, it was a screen shot of losses of odd troops in an attack that was after the disappearance of units I'm talking about. It was only MAYBE a hundred units NONE of the kind I lost....
