(Were this to be added,) If everyone could do this, it wouldn't be much of an advantage, aside from not really needing the bunker (As long as the duration is infinite), as your offence wouldn't get caught out, you resources would be safe because no one could raid you, and nothing of yours could get nuked.
Then PvP would be limited to Emitters/Tapsites/Deposits/Clan HQs, which it seems most (large and) "logical" PvP battles already are.
Except for farms, which would be invisible, unraidable, and therefore preventing you resources.
