It works sort of like this:
Send 10 long distance raids (Something like 23:59:59.999999999999.. hours before rankings reset for a new week), use your 10 (or 9) new raids so that land after weekly reset, recall your first 10 LDRs, giving you 10 more raid points, then spend them.
Quite obviously, they'll be 100K raids to set the top records.
