Why my credits decreasing? The more I increase the bank level, the more the credit decrease, it is -537p/h now, and the credits capacity is 15,465Banks are just used for storing credits. To increase your credit production, upgrade your vaults instead. Or just throw some infantry into infests to trade them for units that eat less.
@AddyCO7 (23 September, 2016, 4:22 PM UTC):
Infestations:
Click on your Radar building, or your "Attack Hostiles" button. This should bring up a page of Infestation sites (If not, there should be a tab labelled "Infestations near the top of the in-game pop-up).
Click on the Attack/Defend button near the bottom right of each "site info" to choose which troops you wish to send (Attack sites/Red require offensive troops, labelled with red numbers; Defend site/Green require defencive troops, labelled with green numbers).
When you have selected the quantity/type of troops you want to send, click Send.
Troops lost will appear in the report delivered by your Combat Advisor.
Repeat as needed until desired effect is accomplished.
NOTE: If you completely clear the Infestation site (Meaning all hostile troops have been killed), you will receive troops as a reward. While this is the main purpose of Infestations, this may be counter-productive in this situation.
PvP:
Click on your Radar building, your "Attack Hostiles" button, of the map icon on the right of the screen.
On your Radar, click Deposits/Tapsites and find locations occupied by other players. You can capture them (Or attack them, for Tapsites) by clicking their respective buttons on the (bottom) right of each "site info". Again, choose which troops you wish to send.
On the map, you can enter the multiple zoom-levels to find different types of locations (easier).
You can find any type of location with your 1x zoom, but it will require a significantly larger amount of time to travel a large distance (relative to other zoom levels).
You can find "high level" sectors (31+) (and low level sectors; 30-; - May require toggling first) on the 10x zoom. You can click locations to choose what action you want to perform.
You can find clanmates, enemy clanmembers, and mainly Emitters and Clan HQs on your 100x zoom. You can click locations to choose what action you want to perform.
NOTE: Troops lost through PvP (usually) require Crystals to re-attain, unlike Infestation, which "trade" them.
In both cases, you will receive their respective points if you kill off some hostile troops (Infestation points for Infestation sites, offence points for offencive actions, defence points for defencive actions.)
In the case of PvP (Offence/Defence), you might annoy other players, which may cause retaliation, leading to more possible points (And troops lost).

Sorry I am a new player, can you tell me step by step how to reduce my troop by weakening Infestations with them, or killing them off through PvP?
Enter the coordinates 1725,1366 into your map, then click the "raid" button. Select all your troops, and click send. Once the attack lands your credit consumption problem will be gone.
Can be repeated as necessary.May I ask three questions,
1) What are the Capture, Deposits and Tapsites? what are the different between them?
2) If Troops lost through Infestation, what is the procedures to "trade" them.?
3) Infestation points for Infestation sites, offence points for offencive actions, defence points for defencive actions, where can show these point?
@AddyCO7 (30 September, 2016, 12:16 PM UTC):
Successfully capturing them will keep units there to collect resources from the location. There are more detailed guides elsewhere (Such as the forums, and the in-game manual), but the basic summary is that Deposits are more team-orientated, while Tapsites are more lone-wolf-orientated.
Again, there are more detailed guides on this, but the basic summary is "What you put in is what you get out." Lose troops at Infestations to fill the bank, and clear them to get their equivalent resources back (The game automatically converts them into other troops).
In the top left corner, there are a bunch of rectangular icons. On the very right, there is an envelope (If you have mail, this will be orange with a number indicating how many unread messages you have). To the left of this, there should be a dog-tag looking icon (It will be orange if you have an un-viewed promotion). When you click this, it will bring up an in-game pop up with a bunch of information, such as your account creation date, your profile picture, links to you coordinates/sector view, add to friends (If you are viewing another person's profile), your game-rank, your game level, your clan rank, how many offence/raid/defence/Infestation points you have, and what medals you have earned so far.
