Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so please let me know who I should contact.
During the recent Grand XP Exhibition Tournament I achieved all the required Tournament Points, but did not received the reward.
Did this happen to anyone else?
70 000 points were needed, I achieved 106 000.
The rewards were quite high, so I am a bit disappointed that they didn't arrive.

You have to have claimed the rewards first (That might be the issue, but probably not).
I don't remember what the items rewarded were, but I don't think they were that many, so you may have lost track of their addition to your stockpiles (They were most likely added to the Black Market).
If you successfully claimed the rewards, you should've gotten a message from General T. Winters stating exactly what you were awarded with, so you can check your earnings there.
If you have checked all of this and still can't find your rewards, contact the Help and Support Desk with information that may include (But is not limited to) your coordinates, the Tournament you participated in, the starting and ending of said Tournament, your expected reward, and screenshots of this.
