I'm not exactly sure how Plarium has the staffing of their Support Desk, but a possibility is that they have an amount of people dedicated to their H&SD throughout all their games, and another one of their games might have a wide-spread issue.

I would wait maybe one or two more days, then if still no reply, submit another ticket.

Commander IN YOUR FACE , our Support works 24/7. Normally it takes less than 24 hours to get a response. Unfortunately sometimes our agents may respond with some delay due to high volume of incoming requests. If you're sure that our letter isn't redirected to your Junk folder, please re-submit a ticket.

Lost my alternate sector after update it's sector # 5945529/ cords x-2629 y2076 I would like to have it back don't want to start over with a new alternate
