The Arena and Championships in the Order Citadel

The Order Citadel

The Order Citadel is a special Castle that can be constructed by any Order. Buildings can be erected and special Studies can be conducted there. In addition, this is where Championships are announced and the unique resources that are necessary to enhance the Citadel and develop it further are produced.

The Order Citadel can be upgraded to level 4, which unlocks the possibility of constructing a new building, the Arena.

To upgrade the Order Citadel to level 4 and construct the Arena, you will need the Order Citadel's resources, as well as a special resource, Glittering Dust.

- To get Glittering Dust, you need to transform jewels of legendary type in the Gemmery.

- One legendary jewel can be transformed into one unit of Glittering Dust.

- Glittering Dust is sent to the Order Citadel without taxes.

The Arena

When the Arena has been constructed, the ability to announce a Championship will appear in the Order Citadel.

Championships

- Championships are announced in the Arena menu.

- You need Glittering Dust to announce a Championship.

- Only the Master and Counselors can announce a Championship.

- The duration of a Championship is two hours.

Information about a Championship announcement appears in all chats. After that, foreign troops start attacking the Order Citadel. All enemy Lords can also attack the Order Citadel if they want.

- The power and number of the attacking foreign troops depend on the Arena level.

- Foreign troops start marching from different sides of the map at the moment when a Championship is announced.

- Marches of foreign troops appear in yellow on the map.

- In the Arena, you can view the composition and number of attacking foreign troops.

A successful attack on the Order Citadel doesn't destroy it, nor does it reduce the amount of resources stored there!

Reinforcement troops can be sent to the Order Citadel at any time to defend it.

- If a player leaves their Order, their reinforcements leave the Order Citadel.

- If the defense of the Order Citadel fails, the remaining reinforcements are returned to players.

For destroying foreign and enemy troops, you can receive Trophies of Arms and points in Tournaments!

Restoration

A Championship lasts for two hours from the moment it was announced. After the Championship is over, this function of the Arena restores itself over a period of time. During this time, the Order Citadel cannot be attacked.

Dear Plarium developers,

congratulations, a great upgrade. For a long time I have been wondering what to do with so many legendary gems that I have accumulated by fighting with assailants.

I hope to have a good time with all my friends, and enemies, of course.

With best regards Jordan S

This is being actively discussed on Plarium's KaW Discord channel: https://discord.gg/rdyfTBT

From there, foreign troop means the NPC troops, e.g. Baronet above.

Loses against them do not score against you (no loses score against you - they merely do/not count for your enemy, -if- they are your enemy), but wins against them (NPCs) -do- count for your points. (Apparently.)

The Discord comment made was, in an otherwise dead KvK, these championships can bring enough points from killing NPCs to win you the event.

It's more so another strategy to play and when to use it. Just because you active it doesnt mean you'll be successful during an event.

So I am super confused.  During OvO, if your opponent has a level 4 citadel and you do not, can they get points from running it even if you don't attack it? Meaning, do they get points for the Baronet hitting it even though that is not their opponent?  All battles and destroy warriors points should only count from opponents in the event.  If only 1 of the orders has a level 4 citadel, then it is not a fair fight. They can get points in a way that is impossible for the other team. It seems that it is an unfair advantage if that is the case.

Yes, they get points for killing the incoming NPCs. They don't get points for killing anyone else other than from your order. (And if you don't attack, they don't get points from you. The NPCs will, though, and they will get points off that.)

They also expose themselves to being attacked by everybody ... and everybody will.

> Meaning, do they get points for the Baronet hitting it even though that is not their opponent?

Yes. For anything they kill. While getting killed, themselves.

Just as they would during KvK (where everyone from the other k is an enemy and so they get points for killing.)

> All battles and destroy warriors points should only count from opponents in the event.

Evidently not, or they would not have set things up this way.

> If only 1 of the orders has a level 4 citadel, then it is not a fair fight.

Either, "Yep.", or "Nope - why should they be penalized for growing when you haven't?". Both positions seem reasonable.

Your defense is simply to grow to an arena of your own and/or be big enough to kill them in their arena, and when they attack yours.

>They can get points in a way that is impossible for the other team.

Yep, that is the point of it all.

> It seems that it is an unfair advantage if that is the case.

Pohtato, pahtato.

I understand this during KvK events, but OvO is supposed to be Order Vs. Order.  Not Order vs. Order & Plarium.

Greetings, mrfaann!

I know everything about Arena and will gladly help you. This building will allow the Master and Counselors to run Championships, during which Order members can fight foreign troops and armies of other Lords in the Order Citadel. The number of attacking troops increases with each new level of the Arena.

The Championship is needed for gathering Trophies of Arms, by killing foreign troops. Also, you can run it for gathering points in Global Tournaments such as: Orders War, Kingdoms War, etc. You can learn more about it here: https://support-portal.plarium.com/en/throne-web/faq/order-citadel/championship

So, the Arena is like the ultimate game night for Lores, huh? I can just picture everyone sitting around, tossing Glittering Dust like it’s some party confetti—by the way, reminds me of those classic games like the Watermelon Game, where chaotic fun reigns supreme! Watermelon Game

Your exploration of the Arena and Championships in the Order Citadel radiates imagination, discipline, and the spirit of relentless pursuit—truly inspiring! Just as battles shape champions in the Citadel, modern society faces digital arenas where cyber laws determine justice and accountability online. With the rise in digital crimes, understanding cyber theft laws  has become essential for every internet user. The broader framework of Cyber laws in India not only addresses theft and fraud but also covers issues like cyber defamation, online abuse, and data breaches.

In today’s digital-first world, cybercrime is no longer a rare event. From stolen financial information to social media identity hacks, cyber theft is increasingly common. Cyber theft laws in India are primarily governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), which outlines penalties for unauthorized access, hacking, and data theft. Sections like 43 and 66 of the IT Act directly deal with cyber theft and impose fines and imprisonment on offenders.

Broader Cyber laws in India  aim to regulate the digital ecosystem. These include provisions related to electronic contracts, cyberbullying, phishing attacks, and more. With the government now focusing heavily on cybersecurity, several amendments and guidelines have been introduced over the years to adapt to evolving threats. Additionally, the Indian Penal Code (IPC) also works in tandem with cyber laws to penalize crimes such as fraud, identity impersonation, and online threats.

One specific area that’s gaining attention is cyber defamation—a form of defamation where false information is spread via digital platforms like websites, blogs, emails, or social media with the intent to harm someone's reputation. This can include anything from doctored images to fake news and malicious reviews. In India, cyber defamation can be prosecuted under Section 499 of the IPC along with relevant sections of the IT Act.

Victims of cyber defamation  can seek both civil and criminal remedies. They can file a complaint with the cyber crime cell and also claim monetary damages through civil courts. As social media continues to be a dominant form of expression, there’s a thin line between freedom of speech and defamation, making legal guidance crucial.

In recent years, the government has taken strong steps to upgrade its cyber infrastructure and awareness initiatives. However, the responsibility also lies with users and organizations to protect their data, report incidents, and seek legal recourse when required.

Conclusion

From cyber theft laws that tackle digital stealing to Cyber laws in India that cover a wide spectrum of online crimes—including cyber defamation—India’s legal system is evolving to protect its citizens in the virtual world. Staying informed is the first step toward staying safe.
