Fight the Apostate and, as a reward, receive the shards needed to create the following runes:
Each Apostate currently drops 4 kinds of rune shards. The most interesting would be study and construction bonuses, followed by specific troop bonuses, followed by all other types of bonuses (yielding, resource production, health, defense). Just my opinion. After attacking the Sectarians for quite some time I counted the shard drops and got the following breakdown: Devotee 40%, Ordinator 30%, Archer 20% and Prophet 10%. This unfortunately means that the most desirable runes are the hardest to farm. Not a criticism, not a bible.
