Can't equip or unequip Hero

Can't equip or unequip Hero

Hi all. I contacted Support for this issue but no response as yet.

When I first equipped my Hero everything was fine. Now I want to upgrade her weapons, armor, and helmet, and the buttons to unequip and equip are grayed out and cannot be clicked. What has happened?

Your Hero must be in the Town to equip him

Huntsman is right. Did you try to equip your hero again?

Thanks for the responses. Yes i was able to equip and unequip just fine when the Hero was in town. Thanks!
