how it's possible? Do you can't buy VIP or do u can't activate it? I don't understand actually your problem, bro. Can you make a screen?

Press "Vip status" (button with crown) press "Get points" and here u can activate it

If you want to check them in Items, go to
1. Items
2. "My Items" tab
3. "Bonuses" tab
4. scroll down and u will see it
