Seems that something is not right. First, take screenshots as soon as you can of whatever you can still see / have in any logs - before they scroll off on you.
Then, open up a ticket with Support - explain your understanding of what has happened.
They will be able to help you understand what you are seeing, detect any errors, and address any mistakes.
Remember that with things like coffers and this, you must not only make the 'purchase', but 'unpack' the result / coffer. (Many times I make a purchase but forget to unpack - so have to go back to that same spot and hit the apply, or whatever, buttons before the items actualy show up.)

If you purchased via clicking the crown, then get points, you will have a 'Purchase VIP points' window come up - remember to click any Apply buttons you see under there. (Hover your mouse over apply and a green 'Several' button will appear.)
