Unable to forum chat to mates.

When I try to use the game provided (forum) chat to my mates, I get:

I could understand an individual's blocking of me, but not the entire (forum) chat facility.


Please reverse this setting.

Any (Plarium) response to this message indicates they have been informed and aware. Ergo, by definition, the 'support team has been contacted', they are aware, and no further submission is needed - it is entirely complete in and of itself.

It is a forum, not a game, issue. Technical support states they deal with game issues, not Forum or Discord issues.

Please just revert this setting and let us all get on with our day with this one (yet another entirely unnecessary additional waste of our time) extraneous message.


Individual's blocking is their own call. This is the entire (forum) chat facility - directly contrary to their own stated purpose for having it.

If that were the case, it would not suddenly have just been effected. Nothing has changed on my end in those areas, for quite some time - weeks and probably months.

It must be my IP being blocked [forum chat spammer protective measures]. I will investigate further along those lines.

- it is not that computer or browser, as same happens on another one.

I can receive. I cannot reply. I cannot send. The test user I am sending to is a friend, and is not blocking.

I can receive you - send what you mean by pm and/or contact me in game or via Discord, or pm me how to do so to you (game coords, or unblock your Discord pm).

You had said earlier: "- yet same computer, same browser, different account, sends to it without issue." So as I've got maybe It was about your different account, not WWO. Our specialists also investigated the issue with your current account, I mean "WWO" and didn't find anything. So your "WWO" account is not banned. That why I had asked what account we are talking about actually.

So, each computer, WWO can't send; each computer a different account can send to WWO and WWO receives it. Ergo, it's not the IP address, it's the WWO account itself. (The different computers have different public IP addresses.)

Puzzling.

That was never done - couldn't have been the issue. Even after failure, Only 1 or 2 'test 1' type messages were sent before giving up.


Problem has now been solved (Thank You) - test messages sent and received. Although, a different intermittent error is appearing. (Send fail with 'Try again' displayed - upon clicking one or more times, it goes through.) I will write here with graphic when I see it again.


In the mean time, could you please let us know what the problem was, so we can avoid it in the future?

- I was able to prove to myself it wasn't browser, computer, IP, OS, and account specific. Beyond that I don't know what I did, to avoid it in the future.

The issue is back. Same as before - cannot send, but can receive. Across different computer OS'.

Forum chat has again been used to so notify you of the accounts involved.

Please unblock as you have before.

oh man..this private "problem" still ongoing for 6 months. How can this be of such an importance for anyone else than "impossible people"? 

Dont be so reluctant to change : if someone's roles changed, accept they won't do what they did before, just because you repeat it 3 times. thanks for your understanding, caming accross as you want
