I am currently getting this screen whenever i take an action i am unable to help my order in this event, or meet my daily quests which i paid good money for..its been 24 hours

Is your zoom level 100%?
Hate to suggest this, but was necessary with last update - have you cleared your cache?
'...' , 'More tools', 'Clear browsing data ...' , uncheck 'Browsing history' and 'Cookies and other site data' (no reason to clear them) and check 'Cached images and files', 'Clear data'.
Shouldn't be necessary, it offends me when it is suggested (shouldn't be necessary), but it proved to be necessary with last update.
Might help, but I have no reason to believe it will.
Last update did botch screen at any zoom level other than 100%.

I can not get in through the planarium app. Never makes it past the logo.

i am suffering the same problem as OP. I cannot clear assailant camps as it black screens every attack. I noticed the black screen became more prevalent after the update. Could support find a fix for this?
