I totaly agree with you, you can report issues / Bugs / glitches to the Support, all you get are useless answers unless you belong to one of Plariums Favorite teams.
This Arena exploit a few Orders are using for their own Advantage is reported for many weeks now, nothing happens except that we are told by the Support, "you are not allowed to use it". But we get betrayed again and again during tournaments by Orders like X_D or B_W exploiting the system in this way.
Plarium is doing nothing ...

I can agree with that. These orders use this glitch to cheat in the game, and Plarium has done nothing about this problem. They let the Orders get away with it. Fair Orders have to take the disadvantages. And btw it is a shame that big Orders like BW and XD have to use such things to win Events.
Plarium does not care about their game, the player, or fairness.
Scenario: 1. You find a game altering glitch/cheat, that affects the intended game play.
2. You report the issue, hoping to resolve an oversight.
3. Oh but wait! Top orders like XD, BW, are exploiting said glitch already for their own benefit!
4. You receive a lack of effort, copy paste reply.
5. You're mad now, you down a quart of whisky and yell at some kids on Call of Duty.
6. Next day, you're level headed, and provide video evidence of the exploit.
7. Plarium tells you the use of exploits such as this is not allowed and you should not be doing it.
This basically sums up the support process, get better Plarium, seriously, this is laughable.
