Mobile account wont load.

My mobile account Shamroq will not load past 63% after update. Get Server connection error "Failed to load resources File 'resources/world/locations/a3237786777073f3cd82c519d9b2c4c9_shared_data.unity3d' isEmptyAsset:False, Info: 'Unknown Error" Try again in a few minutes. I have dumped my cache and reloaded game to phone. Still same issue. My shields are about to go down and I have spent way too long building it up. Please help.

Please note when you login the game, the data is loaded into your device's memory - that's the game working principle. Every time you update the application, it takes the part of RAM on your device. This kind of failure happens in case your device cannot load the application data due to the lack of RAM or unstable Internet connection. 

Please check your Internet connection again or use another access point. Make sure that your device has enough memory after installing the update. Try to clear the cache of the game and peripheral applications. Switch off visual effects in the game Settings. If the game is installed on the SD card, please transfer it to the device memory. Moreover, we recommend you to reinstall the game, but first please make sure that your game account is synced with one of the services: Facebook/Google Play/Game Center. If the issue persists, please launch the game on another device.
