Bank deal paid for not given

A few days ago i paid for a bank deal and did not get it (yet again).... I contacted facebook about it but they want a statement of the purchase. I have no way of knowing as the payment method was a card, and i do not get confirmation emails from plarium unless its a paypal payment. Please look into this User ID is 5565027

I paid for a bank deal today, but it didn’t go through. Same thing happened last week on Thursday. This is too much. At $30.99AUD this is unacceptable. Could someone please look into this and get back to me please? I am on a Pension and look forward to spending on the game but my funds are limited. Thanks

(1) Plarium seems to be using this forum as a user community, not really a Plarium transaction / support forum. Substantially, I do not believe they monitor it, let alone respond.

(2) For facebook (above) ... I noticed on my last purchase that my credit card site showed the purchase pending soon after my purchase. (i.e. Little delay, as with most purchases.) Perhaps a screenshot of that will satisfy / get you further with them to follow up on your issue?

Please tell us your game ID (Menu-->About the game) and send the screenshots of the receipts in PM. 

You can find the payment receipt in your e-mail or you can look through your Purchase history by completing the steps given in the link below:

  1. For Google Play https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en
  2. For iTunes https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204088 For getting more detailed information, we recommend you to follow the specified link from your PC.
  3. For Plarium, having received confirmation from your payment system.

You can use sites for creating and posting screenshots and paste the screenshot link in the personal message.

We process each request individually and will start the investigation of your request as soon as we receive the requested information.

[And add corresponding steps for Facebook and browser?]


Would give us a link to point this not uncommon question to, and give people an action path they can independently pursue sooner rather than later.
