Just as there are arrows within a mail message to move up and down the list, e.g.

Could the same arrows be added to the membership display to move and down the order roster list? e.g, on:

Evaluating one's OvO opponent takes quite some time - scroll arrows here would be very useful.

Left arrow before Block and right arrow after Add contact would be fine.
