Your only choices are to move yourself to another kingdom, or another location. [You could also reverse takeover, but that is timely, problematic, and not guaranteed. e.g. By the time you accomplish this, all of the citadels involved may be so far advanced that nobody wants to demolish any of them, and your situation remains unchanged - after all that.]
