exploring ruins

Upon entering a house in the dominion ruins I am unable to move my adventurer.  

How does one control his movements and actions?

Adenturer enters a House, kills an enemy, then the Adventurer ALL TOO OFTEN travels into the House below the one he's in, then 'down' into the next one, then 'down' into the next one... NOT WHERE I WANTED TO TRAVEL! Sometimes it goes 'down' one House, sometimes up to moving 'down' thru 4 Houses with no way to control it.

This "bug" I reported and complained about 2 weeks after Ruins started and has not been fixed. So what's that, plus three-four months ago?

Can we assume the "game design team" (I use that term very loosely) fix this "bug"?

It's frikking annoying when we lose complete control over where our Adventurer is going.


ps. It's been 2 years since reporting bugs and issues not seeing Towers on Mini Map. All for NOTHING! Is there actually a game design team? Do only Russians get proactive fixes with these bugs? Only select players Plarium hires or pays to play get support or functional towns to play in? What's the deal?

By the way, I m sick and tired of filling out a complaint form, often being refered to someone on the Facebook team, then the Facebook teams advises to fill out a complaint form.

Will Plarium some day consider manufacturing vacuum cleaners since all they do is suck money from people and not support their product?

You're joking right? All efforts using Plarium Support fails because they never do anything. I have about 80 tickets that went nowhere with none of them being resolved.

Maybe review the thousands of posts on facebook pointing out my same sediments.

Or maybe you can suggest an Order where all you plarium workers play and get support while no others do.
