Contact support via Menu / Ask a question - let them know these details.

Recently, apparently, they have changed their policy. Something about after X days of inactivity, Counsellors (?) can request support give Mastership to someone / somehow.

I do not have the specifics, but ask them and they should give you the criteria that must be met before they will step in.

When they do, please so note here - many run into this and just walk away in frustration, losing their investment in the process. Having these details posted here would help them to have just a bit more patience - if they knew the criteria.

A ss of their response would be most useful and authoritative.

Roger, what is the criteria needed before support will reassign Order Mastership to another player?

And, which other players are eligible? e.g. Do they have to be Counsellors?

What are the time frames before support is willing to consider or effect this?

Maybe the R4 should veto the R5 out.  I am an order master of good order and will left my computer on while i am sleeping.  If i wake up and see a problem i will deal with it then like kicking out player for mistake during OvO for hitting without scout and was told to leave trap alone.
