Your message is confusing - you say "it does not show in port or res", then (it shows) "in my res". Not following.

After 24 Hours, There is no CLAIM button. I was unable to use the gold in the war at the time, and subsequently finished 3rd :-(
I certainly wasn't going to try and buy another lot.

Administrator Roger investigated the payments in dispute.
Although Plarium does not provide detailed transaction information to the players,
they do have access to the transactions.
We have "agreed to disagree'' It was late, maybe I clicked on the wrong package.
Administrator Roger did a great job. He had access to and was able to relay the appropriate information.
You can buy as many packs as are available. After purchasing one you can return to the store and buy another.
Often, for example, the same pack is (again) available a 2nd time - however, at such diminished contents as to not be worthwhile.
Check, though, for similar packs that still have the greater content. e.g. Often there is more than 1 gold, rss, silver, and/or boost packs available. Having purchased 1 you will find a lower valued equivalent in its place, but the other similar one is still available with the same contents as it had before this purchase.
For example, there is often a gold pack with ~80M gp and a similar pack with ~56M gp plus boosts. Together they average out to ~70M gp per pack. You will have to decide if there is sufficient value in either to be worth it to you to purchase.
Some advice:
- be careful. Take a screen shot of your pack beforehand. It will make it easier to spot the diminished offers afterwards.
- plan your purchases, buy as many as you can in one go - the day after purchase all packs will diminish in value. You cannot buy 1 pack today and a different pack tomorrow with the same content level as yesterday.
- the higher your palace level, the higher the contents in each pack, and packs at US$19.99 have more contents per $ than others.
