Hello, is there a way to find out an accurate food consumption rate? Not historical, but actual, up-to-date, that covers all entities that consume food? Thank you !

Open up Palace, 3rd tab - Statistics, click on Food icon.
3rd number down - "Troop upkeep"
Troops are the only thing that consumes food. Food is the only thing that is consumed.
This is aside from studies, building, training, etc. - i.e. 'one off' things that you explicitly effect / non-recurring.
