Hey, I have a problem. I'm using Throne using the app on android phone. Second I created an alt with my current email bc on phone the game is linked true fb/Google. I could play like this, no problem until suddenly I couldn't remember the password for my alt. I followed the instructions but since then I can't get access to my alt! However I can get access to this platform and it recognizes me as the alt owner! So why can't I get no access no more in the game?

Please help me out of this circle. Pls remember that I cant log in in the game, the game rejects my password! The forum not.....
