Either you can't, or something to do with google play or facebook, or something.

The answer is in technical support under game syncing accounts....  Unfortunately there is no way to play mobile on PC or PC on mobile two totally different entities..

Apparently some have used Android emulators for this.

I've never gotten around to it myself (having never played it on mobile, but can see the advantage for keeping an eye on things), but googling or wikipedia on android emulators seems a direction to start.

A thread on this (KaW via Android Emulators) would be welcome reading.

I can see the value:

- lost / damaged phone

- between devices

- redundancy in case of above

- imminent expectation of the above

(One of my early order buddies got an emulator going, just in case, when a hurricane was approaching Houston. He didn't know when or if he would have phone service, electricity, or internet access. The emulator kept him going for the duration.)
