Do you know if the refunds have been started yet?

During this tournament there were other ways to get points, not just the regular battle grounds. Several players were doing the stoneheart bg's for points instead and there was absolutely no compensation for losses if they used this method. 

So first everyone on the server got an adjustment for the wrong saphire amounts programed into the event, (even if they had not played the event at all). Then it was limited to players as you saw fit to benefit from the event.

Dear players, we would like to clarify the situation a little bit and make a correction. We returned all the units to those players who were the attackers in the PvP and PVE battles. Those players who were playing in defense did not get their units back. We hope for your utmost understanding.
