I am in a league with 51 players atm. I was trying to invite some new players earlier today, when the game popped up a screen with the text "your league has reached it's maximum amount of members". I then reached out to the creators of the game, who then told me to go here and ask. Is this a league setting, or just some sort of cap before we are able to grow further?

If you cannot promote, than it means that you have filled all spots in the League. If your League has 50 members, by default you have 20 additional spots for Neophytes, which makes it 70 members. But in order to directly invite players, you have to open spots among those 50 members.
Neophytes slots can be randomly filled by Oberon.
So you need to expand your league to get additional full member slots.
My league is currently at 75 members and I am trying to expand to the next level of 85. It asks for 160K of each resource to do so but when I attempt it, is says not enough sketches but nowhere does it say how many I need to move up to 85. Is this a glitch in the system or what is the amount of sketches need to move up? If sketches are needed after this point, is there a guide for amounts needed from this point forward?this happened to me, turns out it didnt need any scetches, on of the resources was to low, but it did not indicate that and i bought scketches to not avail, when i had the right amount of res it worked
