So the response now from tech support is that this is a non-issue. We got our sapphires instead of gold passes and end of story. NOT HAPPY with this. I voluntarily jumped in to test the new thing and get something else instead of what I wanted to buy. As I said in my support ticket, IF I wanted to buy sapphires, I would have bought a deal with troops and THOUSANDS of sapphires for $9.99 vs $4.99 for 750 sapphires. I feel ripped off. Sorry, just venting. Not the end of the story I expected at all.
Receiving items equal to what you paid for DOES NOT equal receiving what you actually were paying for. I did not receive what I was trying to buy. As a web developer, I test my ecommerce pages everytime I publish a new one. I want what I was buying not what your error caused me to buy. I was not in the market to buy sapphires at that time, I wanted a gold pass. I clicked on your brand new top of the offers item for a gold pass and I did not get what I wanted to buy. Simple story. How is that not an error on your part?
