To add to the mix.When I try to change servers.I get the message a Plarium account with this ID already exists.

I finished the tutorial on the new castle and my old one is still there intact.Sent message to a league member to see if anyone else is having the issue.

Other leaguers are fine.I am the only one experiencing this issue.

I logged out and uninstalled the plarium play app on the other computer 5 days ago so I am sure that it is not logged on there.Have been playing on my own PC for a few days now with no problem.

Tried to send a ticket in through the game but the hourglass just keeps turning.Not my day.

Here is where things get interesting.On this new castle just out of tutorial I have messages from 6/19 and 6/22 that scrolls have been deciphered.As well as 6/29.This issue just started today.

I did try to access my account through my phone at about that time before using my family's laptop.Hopefully that is not what caused this problem.I was able to use successfully on my family's pc and mine up until now.

Both my friend and I are using plarium play and have the same issue.clicking on the game guide just shows an hourglass and have to close the game and restart so i can not contact anyone in game.Same thing happens when I click the contact support button.The ticket screen does show up but freezes with the hourglass.

Letters to other people screen also seems to flicker and become jumbled from time to time.
