How can you ignore something like that... they say it was fixed and it is already back
I forgot to mention, that he also spamms the fort and beacons with one soldier, so that everybody in the league gets reports with insults. So it targets hundreds of people in the same time, which can't really get rid of this spam.

Ignoring it won't make it go away, it's been there for a whole year, since I started playing, at least. If you ignore one account, it makes another. One girl said she has more accounts on the blacklist than in her league.
And insulting on chat is not the only problem, there are many creative ways to get the racism across and into your inbox... from fireballs to beacon attacks and so on.
It's like the server has a disease, like a cancer or something. No wonder it's not so populated.
