Posting and verifying combat reports of 4 players in our Line Chat app , referring back to the attack on a beacon at the same timestamp,  3 players didn't get PVP point  and 1 did.

Moreover the player with the most Experience points didn't receive PvP points as most didn't  and one player,  beit a coincidence having a beacon champ of the same rariry level V as the attcker was the only one to score. How is that possible ?
