Please find the "Plarium Play" application shortcut on your Desktop area >> right-click it >> click on the "Open file location" option >> delete the "Cache" folder in the opened location. If it doesn't help, please send us a screenshot of the error received and information that you have an Internet connection.
Cant start game from laptop, just have black screen. have tryed to reinstall, still dont work
