Same issue , working fine yesterday but from early this morning getting the same issue, Tried re installing plarium app on pc but to no avail. Other games like Stormfall age of war work fine

I am having the same issues like above it has now been 18 hours since and same problem the loading stops at exactly the picture shown above

The strange part is all the other games work fine . The issue is only with this game and very frustrating.

Hello!

Did you try to clear application cache?

It can be done by deleting all files from this folder:

C:\Users\*Your User*\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\Cache

Yes have deleted all file relating to plarium on my computer and reloaded the plarium play app for the pc but problem still persists, all other plarium games work, only Rise of Balur dosent, been like this for around 5 days now

Tried  clearing the cache also deleted the whole plarium folder and unistalled Plarium then reinstalled it. But it still stops at the above  picture at "Examining the prophecies". Something there that stops it from continuing. I am starting to give up on Plarium and play other company games as it has been 3 days now that I cannot play this.

Same here, cleared everything from my game's cache folder and it still stops at the "Examining Prophecies" point.


Is there anything else we can try?

Same problem with pc version loading screen here. But funny thing is I made different account to test it on Plarium app and its working. So 1st account (same app version) = not working, 2nd test account (same app version) = working. I am really confused now, tried both reinstalling, clearing registry and deleting leftovers for 2x. Same as before testing. So its not about app version or update, must be account? Can somebody explain me who actually knows something about developing beta Stormfall: Rise of Balur?

My advice to Plarium team: dont put pay / credit options in beta for pc users. This is only showing a bad product which cant be fixed under 24hrs. If its beta, leave it beta without paying, bcs obviously some have big advantage and you can lose too much over "bugs". On the other side refund doesnt always works with these sort of things (Feedback from players tells you everything).

What would Plarium do for those who spent money in the game, but can't actually play it?


I agree, for all Beta versions, there should not be any options to Pay Anything.

I've contacted devs regarding this issue and they said they're aware of it. It should be fixed in the next Application update that is planned for September.

I am getting the same login error on my Desktop where the game hangs loading at "Checking Prophecies".  I have been able to load and play on my Laptop but now I can't build troops or collect rewards on it.  For troop builds the screens are blank and to collect rewards it says restart or contact support and both buttons do nothing.

Over a month now waiting on a "fix", is there any hope to get logged back in on the pc app ?  What is the eta if any  ?
