Amelia The Support Bot Is At Your Service!

Lords and Ladies,

We recently added Amelia the Support Bot to the game. She has proven herself to be a trusted advisor, and is learning more and more every day. So, we think it is time to give her more responsibility.

Amelia will now be your first point of contact in the game when you need some help. Go to Guide section of Settings, tap on Contact Us, and then on Support Bot to chat with her.

Amelia will be there to give you an instant reply to all the same questions you used to ask the Support Team. Support agents will be able to pick up the conversation if you type in that you need them in the chat.

Amelia is looking forward to meeting you and helping you with the game!
