Is there anyone who can offer some suggestions as to why, after almost 50 days of uninterrupted and enjoyable play of this game, Blue Stacks will begin to load game and then pops back to the "Open" screen for the game?

I have placed two separate tickets with Blue Stacks tech staff and followed their instructions precisely.  The game will simply not load anymore for reasons unknown.  It is the only app I use Blue Stacks for except Line app which I have now deleted.

Any knowledgeable assistance would be appreciated because Blue Stacks is has not responded to the reopening of this ticket.
