My Lord, unfortunately, it's impossible to link Facebook account to another game progress once it was used in other account. You can contact our Support team at http://plarium.helpshift.com/a/stormfall-rise-of-balur/  in order to get more information regarding this matter. 

I am having a similar issue my old Facebook was deleted due to a crazy ex girlfriend that my polarium account is linked with. I have made a new face book under same email and the game runs fine and so does my forum as you can see. My problem is I can't use my house of unity 😩 

Is there a way to link my house of unity to my new face book account????

Now it is possible to connect another Facebook account to your game. In order to do that, you need to log into your new Facebook account in the app. After that log into the game under your Plarium ID and select the "Connect to Facebook". You will be prompted to select new Facebook account, which you wish to connect.

No this is still not working. I always get the same to promps-

You have already authorized stormfall rise of balor 

Cancel or ok

Click ok and it says this game account is already connected to another Facebook profile and that's all it allows you to do

Please make sure that you select the "Account management" category.

You can create your ticket from the game: Guide -> Contact us -> Open a Ticket -> Account management. 

It finally says my ticket has been resolved, but now it won't even let me read what the answer is. When I click on the green question to see the answer the page is blank. Help?

My Lord, such issue happens sometimes on weaker devices. You can try to close all of the applications, restart the phone and try to open it. Or you can send the ticket through the website — you will be contacting the Support via email that way and you will have no issues viewing it.

I have not heard anything back and it really is sad. I wish this Facebook thing could be fixed. I have been told you can only EVER HAVE ONE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT LINKED TO YOUR CASTLE

Well the Facebook account I had linked to stormfall had to be deleted do to a stalker issue. But I love the game and still play and made a new Facebook. I want to now link the new Facebook account to my stormfall game. But every time I try it tells me the game is already connected to an account and sends me out of face book back into the game so please help
