Castle Back to Level Zero

After long time, also due to quarantine,  I went back to my castle to find that all progress done were canceled.

Is that normal? Is there any way to recuperate the progress alredy done?

First of all I want to thank you for the answer.

In the past I've been playing ST for a long time, doing coven activities and upgrading my castle as much as possible. In the years I played, I have devoted many hours to this game. Due to the excessive effort required at work I was forced to stop playing. Now, having more time, I have decided to resume playing. After the first log-in I found myself having to start from scratch. I have lost all progress made in the past.

Is it possible to get back "my old castle" or all the work done is lost forever? (I've already started playing pretty seriously again). Thanks in advance for your reply. Regards

I will bring this to the attention of the Administrator to see what can be done. I know some abandoned castles were deleted from the game after many years of not being used, but it doesn't sound like this is the case in your situation.

Hi ILCASA, the advice I received was for you to use the in game support bot to report the issues with your castles and provide the server you are playing on along with the coordinates of the castles. Support may be able to restore your castles to what they were. I hope this is helpful to you.

IlCASA , please make sure you are on the correct server. When you have been away for a period of time the game sends you automatically to server 1.

Thanks for the explanation, I had a similar difficulty. Recently started playing online games. On the site https://pokiesman.com/free-slots-no-download/  I read useful information and reviews on Free Slots No Download, which I have never played before. I really liked the gameplay.
