Some updates about the March Battle Pass

Dear Lords and Ladies!

We want to inform you that, due to specific changes this month, the current March Battle Pass will end on March 30 at 23:59 UTC. Because of the time switch in this particular Battle Pass, it lasts one day shorter than usual. Accordingly, for those players who purchased the March Battle Pass, in-game compensation will be provided on April 1.

Please note that the schedules of certain game events and offers may change. We kindly recommend checking the duration of the Battle Passes before purchasing. It will ensure you are certain of the number of event days and can plan your gaming activity accordingly. Thank you for your understanding, and have a terrific game! 💙

So after complaing here more, they finally issued a refund for my points as well. Its funny how at the beginging they hardfast say they cant refund that and now can after a lot of back and forth. Anyway i have my refunds and now a month of wasted game play ahead of me, since i put almost no effort into game since they put me behind and now no BP for this  month.

you say that this in-game compensation for players that bought the march battlepass (like I did) is available - where? I have not received it. I did receive a refund for the battlepass, after 9 days, making it essentially pointless, and not a word about compensation for all the hurt, anxiety and destroyed gameplay experience that this caused. This is totally all Plariums fault yet it's the players that are left feeling the pain

We did recived a gift in game shortly after the announcements.

really? a tiny in game gift for all players is considered adequate compensation for losing a months worth of troop queues, a month without a bg portal, a month of ruined gameplay, all the hassle of proving that we bought an item that we didn't get, all the stress of waiting for 10 days to get a refund... awful customer service which was just not keeping us informed at all.  and now again you seem to be saying tough, you're getting nothing, we'll take your money, not give you what you paid for and not even a sorry for messing you about - disgraceful

The refound came, and noone lost a month worth of training because they could have bought the battle pass again. Please dont over react about it

I'm not over-reacting and I'm offended by that assertion. I didn't buy the battlepass again becaause by the time I got the refund it was 1/3 of the way through, so I'd have been paying full price for the battlepass when I'd already lost 1/3 of the benefit it brings which may be acceptable to you, but it certainly isn't to me.

the lack of any compensation, the lack of understanding of players views, the flippant answers to completely valid concerns has finished things for me. I will not be logging into the game again. so there is no point you replying to this post because I won't see it. when you are ready to address my concerns and offer me something other than platitudes and flippant remarks you may email me ans depending on your response I may consider returning to the game.

Hey, I hear you—it can definitely be frustrating when you’re pushing hard in BGs and not seeing the return you expected. I’ll be honest, playing BGs daily isn’t always that profitable, especially if you’re going all-in on defense alone. It’s important to mix things up—adding some offense to your bank can really make a difference, and don’t underestimate the value of legendaries either. Also, the Weorian bank setup is proving to be very solid in BGs right now, might be worth giving it a shot.

Depends what and how much a player put in bgs bank😎...my opinion of course , nothing else
