Some updates about the March Battle Pass

Dear Lords and Ladies!

We want to inform you that, due to specific changes this month, the current March Battle Pass will end on March 30 at 23:59 UTC. Because of the time switch in this particular Battle Pass, it lasts one day shorter than usual. Accordingly, for those players who purchased the March Battle Pass, in-game compensation will be provided on April 1.

Please note that the schedules of certain game events and offers may change. We kindly recommend checking the duration of the Battle Passes before purchasing. It will ensure you are certain of the number of event days and can plan your gaming activity accordingly. Thank you for your understanding, and have a terrific game! 💙

I will take you at your word and your assurance that Compensation will be forthcoming and withold voicing my thoughts here for the time being

I too have heard nothing after issuing my ticket on the matter, no refund, no response back..great  customer service.. Being told basicallythat nobody forced us to give money to the game is a big FU to us as well..If I have to do a charge back on my credit card for this and get nothing substanial as an apology in game then this game is never getting a dime from me again.

Day 4 after the fact and still not a single word from anyone about my ticket i put in..meanwhile i am basically screwed from doing anything on the game i'd like .. No refund,nothing corrected in game..zero done about a matter that should not have been this complicated.

it would seem that it was Plariums decision to change the end date of the previous battlepass which has caused all these problems. they promised that everyone who had the battlepass would receive compensation on the 1st of the month - this obviously never happened. then there are all the players who purchased the following battlepass only to discover that it only lasted for 24 hours leaving them out of pocket and also with reduced a reduced gameplay experience - we paid good money for a months battlepass that we never got leaving me feeling that I have been scammed - to take money from people and not deliver what they paid for is illegal where I come from.

If by the end of the weekend i do not receive a refund AND a free battle pass i am doing a charge back on my credit card against them for both my BP and the extra points, npth of which i do not have now.

The compensation came, it does not correspond to the money spent, return the money, or turn on the service for April! Total fraud!

That was not the refound, it was just an patience gift wich was issued extra. Your refound will arive soon, and it will be the same ammount u have spent.

Still no sign of a refund or anything here.. 6 days in and a total waste, even if i get a refund it totally destroys playing this month , i'm not likely to spend any money on this game again.

Yes twice now.. even so why should one have to request it, they should know everyone that bought it that day and should refund them all ..but either way i have twice sent a request..

have you received a ticket number for your support request? you will receive it immediately by e-mail. 

i ask because, for example, the error message did not work for me at all.

i sent it a second time from the castle.

only then did i receive a confirmation.

if this works will everything else be done.

no refund, no compensation, but on the plus side I've found another game (non Plarium) that I'm spending my time and money on now and it's great, they haven't scammed me out of hard owned cash

I finally got my refund, BUT only or the Battle Pass, my points I purchased at the same time I am being told oh well buy another BP to use them..you all must be high, wanting me to buy something you just refunded me for After i had to fight to get done in first place. You all should have just gave everyone the BP on the 1st that had bought it for that one whole day from the screw up on your part and none of this would be an issue, but i am being told i cant get a refund for the points, unless i give them money..so i am being extorted at this point..I cant even guarantee i will have all the points i purchased in first place since i used some imeediately after purchasing them for that one whole day. Also the in game compensation for all this is points, of which again cant be used unless we give back the money they refunded us.

So after complaing here more, they finally issued a refund for my points as well. Its funny how at the beginging they hardfast say they cant refund that and now can after a lot of back and forth. Anyway i have my refunds and now a month of wasted game play ahead of me, since i put almost no effort into game since they put me behind and now no BP for this  month.
