Game not loading- sticks at 99% since this hs been introduced
New Building Levels
Lords and Ladies,
The gods of architecture surely smile upon us. The following Buildings may now be upgraded to Level 41:
- Townhouses
- Mines
- Farms
Warehouses and Barns, meanwhile, can now be upgraded to Level 31.
Keep in mind that when Buildings are upgraded to a certain point, Sketches are needed to increase their Levels further. Nevertheless, special Bonuses are available to all who continue to improve their Buildings.
So, hesitate not — continue to transform your Castle into a Resource powerhouse!

Das Spiel bleibt immer noch bei 99% hängen. Kann man uns bitte sagen, woran es liegt und wie lange es einschätzbar noch dauern wir?
The game is still stuck at 99%. Can you please tell us what the problem is and how long we can estimate it will take?

I can't get into the game anymore, is it just me now? Or is this still a general problem for 6 hours?!
It must be possible for them to be informed every now and then. Whatever the situation is now, for example now you can get the game back in or we are still in the process of repairing it, please continue to be patient.

OK, here we go again, another update and now can't get into game. Can you guys address this issue PLEASE? Every time you update or add something new, game goes down. loads to 99% then stops, usually takes HOURS for it be fixed and it is happeneing more and more often.

Once again we are left completely in the lurch. No explanations, no apologies, not to mention a small apology gift when we come back into the game after many hours. Considering that we are paying customers, at least as far as I am concerned, I find this extremely careless and unfriendly to customers.
