Test The Might Of Your Forces In This New Tournament!
Lords and Ladies,
The Marennon Stronghold Siege is here, and your army's strength will be tested!
To succeed in this Tournament, you must collect Stronghold Scrolls, enter the Chambers of the Marennon Stronghold, and obliterate the forces of Balur within them.
For the duration of the Tournament, Stronghold Scrolls are available as Rewards for conquering Battlegrounds and completing Tournament Tasks. Once you have collected a set of five of them, you may enter a Stronghold Chamber and engage the enemies cloistered inside by attacking or defending with your Units.
Note that you can only enter one Chamber of the Stronghold at a time, and Chambers can only be entered sequentially.
Gather as many Tournament Points as you can to ensure higher placement in the Rankings and the best Rewards. To earn Points, you must:
- Clear Battlegrounds
- Enter Chambers of the Marennon Stronghold
- Clear Chambers of the Marennon Stronghold
Clearing a Chamber will earn you Rewards similar to those you already know from Battlegrounds — but you will also receive a Reward from the "Rewards List" in the Tournament tab of the Event window. The further you progress through the twenty Chambers of the Stronghold, the greater the chance you will receive the most valuable Rewards on the List.
This Tournament is available to players at Level 40 and above who have built both the Eagle's Nest and the House of Lords. Head to the "Events" window now to take part in the Marennon Stronghold Siege and demonstrate your power!

Another bug/issue discovered.
I am not a huge BG player (never have been) so my top level BG was only 52. This also kept my requirements for Stoneheart BG's to only being 26 or 27 for the 10k adamantine reward every second day on the Stoneheart BG's.
And much like many players I saw very little if any rewards for completing these Marennon BG's and noticed an above average loss of troops for such a low level BG.
However, upon doing a few of the Marennon BG's when I have the scrolls, doing them appears to be increasing the level of my highest STANDARD BG
My highest BG cleared is now at level 56 and I have NEVER hit a BG above 52 in the game.
How is a level 7 or 8 Marennon increasing my high level STANDARD BG ?!?!
Another bug that needs to be addressed.

Marrenon Battlegrounds are just Normal Battlegrounds - send one archer/pikeman to scout them and you will see Balur Units and BG Level
MS1 is level 10 BG
MS5 is level 35 BG
MS8 is level 65 BG
MS10 is level 90 BG
MS19 is level 220 BG

The unit payouts are from your own Resource Bank and are not part of the Event, but it should not affect your normal battlegrounds

I can confirm this glitch My to battle was supposed to be 96 but it was triggered after completing a level 10 Marennon Bg and then the Game advanced my To battle number to level 121 But the highest BG they gave me to see was 106

The drama continues Just did level 13 Marennon Bg
It activated my normal 121 Bg as Completed and then jumped the new to battle Bg to 131

You may have had the feeling of being cheated by game design before?
New evidence from statistical analysis re the Marennon Stronghold Siege: earlier this day I looked at scroll market for the stronghold scrolls and found about 670 trades active. From those 670 about 620 were offring various scrolls LOOKING FOR #4
As an engineering expert on efficiencies and probabilities, I find it impossible to believe in over 90% as a coincidence.... with a dozen or so perhaps, but well over 90% from 670 samples is clear evidence of designed and rigged probability and grossly player-unfriendly
The last straw is getting closer again
Plaguerium is gambling a bit too much and losing lots of oldtimers almost faster than gaining new prey, of which at least 90% will quit within a week

On top of all the bugs - raward is not a guarantee for clearing stronhold levels. Level 6 and 12 - I've got some exp. Yay?
