I already have premium battle pass and have reached level 30. I did not receive 10 free level finishers.

I had also finished the last level 30 current Battle Pass before this announcement and like other replies, have also not received the 10 passes. I hope they are still on the way?

Battle Pass on the whole, often gives you more of the items that you are already getting in the game. Not everyone uses all of them, so they don't necessarily provide a purchase decision? The extra build queues can be useful but can also cause food grief if someone is not really a coiner, so they are not necessarily an incentive for a number of people? Soul stones provide an interest, but maybe also not enough to get someone who does not usually spend to do so? I note that although some other interesting units were provided near the end of recent Battle Passes, its just more units to many. In agreement with a previous reply here, a number who do not regularly purchase a Battle Pass or bother to complete the levels, seemed to have done so the last time there was a Holy Scroll reward offered near the end. If people get to actively work thru the levels, perhaps that may also encourage future purchases by a some who don't usually buy now? 

A Holy Bond seems a very good incentive for people to stay active that other items don't provide. Having a Holy Bond as a reward in the next free Battle Pass could very well offer incentive to many to sit down and do whats needed to get it and so help provide a distraction from the impact the virus is having around them. It would be great to have players stay game active in this period.

Regardless of whether the next free Battle Pass contains a Holy Bond, thank you on behalf of those in our league. Our league chat shows the free Battle Passes have been well, and thankfully, received by the players. I think it a great gesture on the part of Plarium.

I am checking into this to make sure if that was how  the gift was intended.

I think the levelers are given to those that had already activated their Premium BattlePass before Plarium gave out the gift.

That allowed all players to collect the Higher rewards given to those that have activated the Premium battle pass.

As for  wanting more than was given I'm happy to of gotten something when times are getting rough in the world. 

Any reason to crack a smile these days is the real gift !

There's been one given in a Battle Pass event before and, for the next few weeks at least, you've got a captive audience in the game. 

It would give players a good reason to stay active and complete the daily / weekly / monthly quests.

Any Player that had activated their Premium Battle Pass (that means collecting from both the top and bottom rewards ) before Plarium gifted all players in the Game with the Premium BattlePass activation should've received a 10 day finisher.
