Summoning bonds not dropping

Champions. When killing undead I didn't get a single summoning bond for nearly 4 days, that is just under 100 killed undead!

Could Agent Pavels yolo posts get a own forum section or something. So it doesn't pollute the gen disc forum? I mean, none of the responses I see posted as answers to questions is anything else than standard cut and paste..... there is never any explenation why things is so and so... I don't know who should feel most annoyed the player that get such an answer, or those that observe he/she does...

Today I didn't get bonds as well. Fifth day, over 100 kills and 0 bonds.
You say that this is regular game?

I'm not sure why we have a bugs thread when the general answers are :
1) Its not a bug, moved to game discussion

2) submit a ticket
As to the issue mentioned by the original poster, I would assume that this is a luck based mechanic in the game. With that said, is this issue of not getting summon bond drops happening to just you, happening to a few players, happening to many, or happening to all? The more widespread the issue is, the more likely it is to be a bug than just bad luck.
To increase player satisfaction and engagement, its a good idea to have a pity system so that when a player repeatedly has bad luck, the game will relent and give them something good. Rather than hurting profits, a system like that can increase profits since it gives players on a bad luck streak incentive to push to that threshold where they are guaranteed a good drop.

Let's start with the replies of the Support team. They don't explain the cases when the reported issue is not a bug (as in this case).
Yes, they use the canned reply and forward the topic to the Game discussion where the question is disscussed and explained.
Support team representative gives the explanation and checks the case only if it's a bug.
Regarding the Summoning Bonds from the fights with Undeads, do you have any unused Bonds in your store? If yes, then I highly recommend opening them.
Plus, the Bonds are given randomly and in FB group you can see that other players confirm they receive Bonds without any issues.
