New Tournament on FB

My best Champions have reached maximum level for their Rank (25 of 25 , 20 of 20 and 15 of 15)

https://prnt.sc/i43rqy

http://prntscr.com/i44470

https://prnt.sc/i444km

So I am prevented from earning any Tournament Points

https://prnt.sc/i43r79

Is this a bug?

I need to Sacrifice many other Champions before I can get my main Champion to a new Rank, in order to reach Level 30.
I am not stupid enough to spend 10 Emeralds buying a basic summoning bond in the hope of winning 15 Emeralds from a tournament .... and have not received any from Undead fights for 2 days

Hello, Lord!

The reported case cannot be classified as a bug since this is a part of the regular gameplay. I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.

In other words you have deliberately nerfed the tournament points on the very first fb tournament

Hello.

You don't have to spend Emeralds to get a Summoning Bond. You can win one from fights with Undead.

When you get a Champion from this Bond, you don't have to sacrifice it at once. You can use him to fight the Undead, get XP required for Tournament and increase the Level of your new Champion.

While doing it, you can receive one more Bond and so on, and so on.

This information is good to know - I suppose it could be good as well - anyone spending money to have the "maxed" Champions won't gain anything extra from it in the end

This whole sacrificing champions thing seems a bit sketchy.  It reminds me of the pokemon thing where you bake pokemon into candy to feed them to other pokemon.  Can plarium confirm whether or not our champions are eating each other?

Yep, you have to sacrifice certain numbers of champions if you want to upgrade their rank. one same rank champion for level 2. two same rank champions for level 3.....

also if you want to enlightment them

To upgrade the Rank of my main Champion I will need to Sacrifice the other 6

http://prntscr.com/i65np3

I have already sacrificed many champions to get to this situation, and future upgrades will need bigger and bigger sacrifices

Just so sad that my 'best' champion is still worthless (Grade 3) ... but I did get a free Epic Bond so fingers-crossed it does not give me another useless champion of low grade (it is random, but rigged against hi-grades)
It could turn out to be Grade II Druid for Hamlet Defense - http://prntscr.com/i6r57w

To upgrade this Champion: https://prnt.sc/i65np3  you need to sacrifice 3 Champions of Rank 3, not 6 of them.
