points earned on PvP are calculated with troops what gives you xp, the points of xp (if you had ur xp plain and not upgraded on obelisk) are the same for pvp and for winsdom pvp and every troop gives you a certain amount (if my mind does not fail on tutorial section there is a post to how calculate this points)

points earned on battlegrounds are calculated killing balur troops and for this moment we dont know how to calculate them . but yes usually are less than on PvP.

even more i think always the points given for the duel are less than got in the 2 scenarios above but also i dont know how are calculated. i think killing bgs gives you less points than killing other lords troops. and killing other lords troops gives you less points thank killing troops of the lords involved in the duel, but not sure.

Examine Battleground Ranking then divide by 50 for tournament points - BR is 10% of Balur baseline strength
All level 22 bg have around 25k balur strength, so should give 2500 br and 50 tournament points

XP will be based on the lowest strength of balur units (marennon 80 etc) so one marennon is worth about 2 power points (divide by 40)

Note that using the lowest value for balur units give fewer points than we actually EARN - http://prntscr.com/i1fd1y
Orcs should be worth 30 in this example, not 20 ..... so lucky there were only 17 :)
