Shouldn't the projects you start count towards this? If you start a building upgrade that take 17 days. Or research that take forever. It is a bit unreasonable we should have to "boost" to completion for this to count?

I assume part of the point of the tournament is to sell boost items ;)  But yes, it would be nice if any building you did during the tournament counted even if you didn't actually finish it during the tournament.  Like if you had a building going before the tournament started and it just kept building through the tournament, you'd get credit for whatever % of the building you completed during that time.  

Yeah but it doesn't make sense to spend like over 2000 sapphires to boost a building to complete so you get score for it during a dev race, when the reward possible is a fraction of that. And its not like they give us weeks in advance warning when a dev race is coming so we can start projects to complete in the time window. Imho, its the resources we spend during the tournament on development that should count. I'm at a stage where I need sketches to even start do any upgrade of buildings. The league needed pts so I did use some sketches to start a upgrade, and when see it doesn't count at all, without spend even more to complete it?

Unless its important to have a food storage capacity of over a mil or so? 

Yeah right im going to fill that up.

C'mon, new troops that are only available when every other troop is maxed.

Idk about maxed.  Maybe upgraded to level 30.  Pretty sure I'm not ever gonna get my dwarves up to level 32, unless plarium starts giving out thousands of free sketches.

Plarium gave out many thousands of free sketches before they neutered the league chests. Alas if peeps missed the rush it sucks for them i guess.
