I want to open the next level of special fields, this is what it asks for: http://prntscr.com/hkz1bs, but even though I have made it up to level 25 it does not open nor appears in the eagle's nest.

check also if you have finished one of the previous levels bgs. i mean if you receive saga level 5 killing a regular level 24 check if you finished one of the two saga level 4.

mira tambien si has terminado alguno de los campos de saga de nivel inmediato inferior al que intentas abrir. quiero decir que si estas intentado abrir el saga nivel 5 mira a ver si has terminado uno de los dos campos de saga nivel 4

I have not completed level 23 yet, but as soon as I do I expect to unlock the Saga Quest .... there should be no need to complete level 24, only 23

I have resolved the issue for you. You had a quest for a previously completed Saga. In order to unlock the new Saga, you have to claim a reward of the completed quest. This is what I actually did for you.
